PRODUCTION & TRANSIT TIME

All our pieces are hand crafted with care and well worth the wait, with current processing times found below:

  1. Premade items: 2-3 business days

  2. Custom made: 6-9 business days

*Our production time for custom-made to order pieces is subject to change during peak seasons. 

Transit times once order is shipped:

  1. USPS First Class Shipping (3 - 5 business days) U.S Only

  2. USPS Priority (1 - 3 business days) U.S Only

  3. USPS Priority Mail International (6-15 business days)

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

When ordering pre-made and custom-made jewelry in the same cart and selecting expedited shipping within the U.S, we ensure prompt delivery by shipping all custom-made items with longer processing time via expedited shipping and all pre-made items with shorter processing time via standard shipping.

*International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of our control. Customers are responsible for all international duty fees issued by their respective country.
